We currently accept prepaid orders only.
Payments can be made through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and supported wallet providers.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- You will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during festive periods, weather disruptions, or courier delays.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Pieces
Personalized or made-to-order products may require an additional 5–7 working days before dispatch.
Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order through:
- The tracking link shared on email and WhatsApp
- Your account on thesofteditstudio.com
- WhatsApp support with your order number
If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us and we’ll help follow up with the courier partner.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the shipment.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
A re-shipping fee may apply before the order is dispatched again.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Please record an unboxing video while opening your package.
An unboxing video is required for:
- Damage claims
- Wrong item claims
- Missing item claims

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us with your order number.
If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier partner, we will either:
- Reship the order
or - Issue a full refund
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours so we can raise an investigation with the courier partner.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only.
Changes To Orders
Address changes or cancellation requests may only be possible before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
